APC Issues Transport Directive for National Caucus Meeting
JOEL OLADELE, Abuja

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has issued detailed transportation directives for its National Caucus Meeting scheduled to hold on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The directive was contained in a statement signed on Thursday by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Felix Morka, and addressed to all invited stakeholders expected at the meeting, which is slated to commence at 6:00 p.m. prompt.
According to the statement, the arrangements are aimed at ensuring efficient coordination, strict security compliance and the timely commencement of proceedings.
Under the directive, former governors invited to the caucus meeting are to assemble at the APC National Secretariat, 40 Blantyre Street, Wuse II, Abuja, where party-arranged buses will convey them to the Presidential Villa after accreditation.
Similarly, past and present leaders of the National Assembly are to gather at the National Assembly Complex, from where designated buses will transport them to the venue following accreditation.
For members of the National Working Committee (NWC), the party directed that they assemble at the APC National Secretariat, where buses will also be provided to convey them to the Presidential Villa after accreditation.
The APC stressed that only buses provided by the party will be granted access to the Presidential Villa, adding that personal vehicles will not be allowed entry for the meeting.
The statement further outlined pre-departure and security clearance procedures, noting that security checkpoints will open at the APC National Secretariat by 2:00 p.m., with accreditation and screening scheduled between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Attendees were advised to arrive early to enable smooth accreditation, security screening and orderly movement to the Presidential Villa.
On return arrangements, the party said designated buses would be parked at an approved holding area within the Villa, and participants would be guided back to the buses at the end of the meeting for their return movement.
The APC expressed appreciation to all stakeholders for their cooperation, urging strict adherence to the arrangements in the interest of orderliness, security and efficiency.
