Easter Inspires Hope, Victory over Challenges—APC’s Tolu Bankole

Member of the APC National Working Committee, Aare Tolu Bankole, has called on Nigerians to embrace Easter as a time of hope, renewal, and triumph over challenges.

In a statement signed on Sunday, Bankole highlighted the spiritual significance of Easter, saying it marks “the ultimate triumph of life over death, light over darkness, and good over evil.”

He urged Nigerians to draw inspiration from the season to overcome personal and national difficulties, including economic, social, and political challenges.

“Easter reminds us of hope, renewal, and victory over every challenge we face as individuals and as a nation,” Bankole said.

“No matter the depth of despair or the weight of adversity, there is always the promise of renewal and a new beginning through faith in Christ.”

He cited 1 Peter 1:3 (NIV), emphasizing that God’s mercy gives “new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”

Bankole encouraged Nigerians to uphold unity, forgiveness, and collective progress, calling on citizens to work together for a stronger and more prosperous nation.

Concluding his message, he wished every Christian family a Happy Easter, declaring: “He Has Risen! May the blessings of this Easter season abide with us all.”
