Opay apologizes to customers, reveals reason behind ‘Incomplete Transactions’

Fintech company, Opay has apologized to its customers over any glitches they may experience in their services.
In a press release by the company on X, formerly Twitter, the fintech giant said it third-party providers are currently having upgrade on their system.
Due to the upgrading, users of opay services may experience challenges in transaction via their cards, app and other channels, the company said.
The press release reads:
“Dear Esteemed Customers,
We would like to inform you that our third-party providers are currently upgrading their system.
During this period,you may experience challenges completing transactions via the Card, the App, and other channels.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Thank you for your understanding.”
