Oba Sunshine Club Celebrates Oba (Dr.) Oyebanji’s 30 Years of Leadership

In a heartfelt message to a revered leader, the members of the Oba Sunshine Club (OSC) have extended their warmest congratulations to Oloba of Oba, His Royal Highness Oba (Dr.) Timothy Titilayo Oyebanji, Olufemiloye 1, on occasion of his 30th coronation anniversary.

In a  message, signed by OSC Secretary Ayodeji Dada, the club reflected the deep respect and admiration the community holds for the monarch.

According to Dada, the transformative impact of Oba Oyebanji’s leadership in the last three decades has fostered harmony among the people and preserved cherished traditions.

“On this glorious occasion of your 30th coronation anniversary, we, the members of Sunshine Club, extend our heartfelt congratulations and profound respect.

“Your reign has been marked by a legacy of peace, development, love, and unity—values that have strengthened our community and inspired generations.,” the message reads.

Dada emphasized the Oba’s wisdom and fatherly guidance, stating, “Through your wisdom and fatherly leadership, our land has witnessed remarkable transformation, harmony among people, and the preservation of our cherished traditions.

“We celebrate your life of service, your vision, and your unwavering commitment to the well-being of your people.”

As the kingdom celebrates this significant milestone, the message also calls for continued blessings upon the throne.

“May the Almighty continue to bless your throne with long life, good health, and divine wisdom.

“Long live His Royal Highness Oba Dr. Timothy Titilayo Oyebanji, Olufemiloye 1. Long live the Kingdom!” the Sunshine Club stated.

Oba (Dr.) Oyebanji was enthroned on April 15, 1995, after over a century of the ancient land of Oba without a king.

As the community reflects on the past three decades, it is clear that the reign of Ọba (Dr.) Oyebanji has not only transformed the kingdom but has also left an indelible mark on the hearts of his subjects. The celebrations continue, with hopes for many more years of peace, prosperity, and exemplary leadership under the Oloba of Oba.
