Meyer Plc Declares 30k Dividend for 2024
Meyer Plc has declared 30 kobo dividend for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.
The company disclosed this in a corporate disclosure through the Nigerian Exchange Ltd.
The disclosure reads, “The Board has recommended a dividend of 30 kobo per share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval.
”This will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on May 2.
“The Register of Shareholders will be closed between May 5 and 9.
“On May 30, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members.”
The company also disclosed that its Annual General Meeting had been scheduled to hold on May 28.
