HILLMIRA Group has reaffirmed its place as a trusted name in Nigeria’s real estate sector as it impressed thousands of participants at the just concluded Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) 2025 with an array of smart and genuine property offerings.

Speaking with journalists at the five-day event which held at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, the Chief Executive Officer of HILLMIRA Group, Dr. Hillary Akpua, said the company’s presence at the 19th edition of the continental housing expo provided an opportunity to showcase HILLMIRA’s cutting-edge solutions and unwavering commitment to helping Nigerians own genuine property with peace of mind.

“We are here showcasing our real estate sites and other services that we are doing for the entire public to be aware so that they can buy genuine property from us ranging from land and houses.

“They can also buy our quarry services. So we are here, and a lot of people are here as well, many companies with new innovations,” he remarked.

The Africa International Housing Show, now in its 19th year, is the continent’s largest housing and construction event, attracting over 40,000 attendees, more than 200 exhibiting companies, and over 40 industry expert speakers.

It features product presentations, exhibitions of building technology and home interiors, modern construction equipment, mortgage solutions, and stakeholder engagements aimed at promoting affordable housing.

Akpua lauded the organizers of the annual event, especially the convener, Barrister Festus Adebayo, for consistently creating a platform that drives innovation and partnerships in the built industry.

“I want to applaud the organizers; Barrister Festus has been an amazing man and also everybody that participated in this housing show,” he said.

Describing the 2025 edition as “a week of marathon shows of amazing innovations,” Akpua noted the array of emerging trends on display, from smart plumbing systems to automation technologies, all pointing to the future of real estate development in Africa.
