•Calls for United Front in Remo Federal Constituency
JOEL OLADELE, Abuja

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Member of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC), Hon. Tolu Bankole, has reaffirmed his unwavering solidarity and total commitment to the victory of Hon. (Princess) Adesola Elegbeji, in the forthcoming bye-election for the Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency.
In a statement signed on Saturday; Bankole, who was a prominent member of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council in the 2023 general elections, he appealed to all eligible voters in the constituency to rally behind the APC candidate, noting that a vote for Elegbeji is a vote for the continued progress and prosperity of Remoland.
“A vote for Elegbeji is a vote for the APC, a vote for our performing Governor, His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun (HEPDA), and a vote for our dear President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT). It is a vote for the girl child, a vote for women, a vote for competence, continuity, and overall development in Remoland,” Hon. Bankole declared.
He emphasised that Elegbeji’s emergence will complement and consolidate the ongoing massive infrastructural development projects already initiated by President Tinubu and Governor Abiodun in the Remo axis, ensuring sustainable growth and improved living standards for residents.
The APC Chieftain described the party’s candidate as a competent, visionary, and people-focused leader whose legislative presence will guarantee quality representation for the people of Ikenne, Sagamu, and Remo North.
“This is a ‘He-for-She’ and ‘She-for-She’ solidarity movement — a united call for inclusivity, development, and responsive governance. APC all the way, nothing less,” he stated.
He urged all party faithful, supporters, and residents of the constituency to turn out en masse on election day to vote APC and secure the future of their communities through tested leadership.
“For good and quality representation, vote Elegbeji. Together, let us keep Remoland on the path of progress,” Bankole concluded.
