4.4-Magnitude Earthquake Rocks Iran Amid US-Israeli Airstrikes

Southern Iran was shaken on Tuesday by a 4.4-magnitude earthquake, with the epicenter located in the Gerash area of Fars Province, according to seismic reports. The tremor struck at a shallow depth of 10 kilometres on March 3.
As of the latest reports, there have been no confirmed casualties or major structural damage.
However, residents in affected areas described scenes of fear and uncertainty, adding to worries amid an already tense security situation.
The earthquake coincides with escalating regional tensions following recent airstrikes by the United States and Israel, which targeted Iranian military installations and other strategic sites across the country.
Emergency authorities are yet to release a detailed assessment of the damage or provide guidance on possible aftershocks, leaving communities on alert.
Observers note that the combination of natural and man-made crises has amplified public anxiety in the region.
