APC Celebrates Tinubu at 74, Praises Reform Drive

The All Progressives Congress has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 74th birthday, hailing his leadership and ongoing reforms under the Renewed Hope Agenda.

In a statement issued on Sunday by its National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the ruling party described the President as a veteran democrat and statesman whose contributions to national development and democratic governance remain significant.

The party said Tinubu’s life reflects years of service, dedication and commitment to advancing Nigeria’s democratic ideals, noting that his leadership continues to inspire confidence within the party and across the country.

“Our great Party joins millions of Nigerians and well-wishers across the world in honour of a veteran democrat, statesman, bridge-builder, and patriot whose life has been an eloquent testimony of selfless service to our dear nation and advancement of democratic ideals,” the statement read.

The APC commended the administration’s policy direction, saying the government has continued to record progress in economic reforms, infrastructure development and institutional strengthening.

It noted that initiatives under the Renewed Hope Agenda are gradually repositioning the country and restoring optimism about Nigeria’s future.

According to the party, the President’s policies have also focused on social investment, youth empowerment and improved welfare for citizens, while efforts to strengthen national security remain ongoing.

“Under President Tinubu’s purposeful and visionary leadership, Nigeria is steadily claiming its place of pride among the great nations of the world,” the statement added.

The ruling party further said it was proud of what it described as a resurgence in national outlook under Tinubu’s leadership, while also pointing to its own growth in membership and influence since its formation.

The APC reaffirmed its support for the President, pledging continued loyalty as he steers the country through ongoing reforms and development efforts.

It also prayed for good health, wisdom and strength for the President as he continues to lead the nation.

Tinubu’s 74th birthday has attracted goodwill messages from political leaders, party members and supporters across the country, with many acknowledging his role in shaping Nigeria’s political landscape.
