Bankole Hails Tinubu’s reforms, National Vision at 74

A member of the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Tolu Bankole, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 74th birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose policies are shaping Nigeria’s future.
In a statement issued in Abuja on Sunday, Bankole said the President’s new age reflects a lifetime of service to the nation, noting that his journey from pro-democracy activism to the country’s 16th President underscores resilience and strategic leadership.
He said the administration’s reforms under the Renewed Hope Agenda are already making significant impact across key sectors, including infrastructure, healthcare, education and economic empowerment.
“Today marks another glorious milestone in the life of a visionary leader and relentless champion of democracy, progress, and inclusive development,” Bankole said.
The APC chieftain noted that the President’s policies are opening up opportunities for Nigerians, particularly vulnerable groups, including Persons With Disabilities, through deliberate efforts aimed at promoting inclusion and accessibility.
He added that Tinubu’s leadership style continues to inspire confidence and hope among citizens.
“The Tinubu administration has embarked on bold and far-reaching reforms aimed at repositioning the Nigerian economy, strengthening democratic institutions, and delivering inclusive development across sectors,” he said.
Bankole further described the President as a mentor and father figure to many within the political space, whose experience has helped steer the country through complex challenges.
Highlighting achievements of the administration, he pointed to progress in infrastructure development, agriculture, security and the digital economy as indicators of the impact of ongoing reforms.
“These initiatives are laying a solid foundation for a more prosperous, united, and equitable Nigeria, capable of competing effectively on the global stage,” he said.
He also commended what he described as deliberate steps by the administration to advance the rights and participation of Persons With Disabilities in national development.
“As we celebrate this remarkable milestone, we pray that God grants Mr President good health, wisdom, and renewed strength to continue steering our nation to greater heights,” he said.
Bankole called on Nigerians and party faithful to rally behind the President’s vision, urging collective commitment toward building a more inclusive society where every citizen can realise their potential.
He reaffirmed his support for policies that promote national development and inclusion, while calling for unity and sustained cooperation between government and citizens.
