NAF Publishes Names of Successful Candidates for DSSC 34/2025

JOEL OLADELE, Abuja

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has released the list of successful candidates for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) Course 34/2025, with training scheduled to commence on April 18, 2026.

The announcement follows the conclusion of the Selection Board Interview held at NAF Base Kaduna between January 12 and February 8, 2026.

In a statement issued on Saturday by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Ehimen Ejodame, the Service said the names of successful candidates have been published on its official recruitment portal for further details.

According to the statement, shortlisted applicants are to report for a six-month Basic Cadet Training programme at the Nigerian Defence Academy on Saturday, April 18.

“The successful candidates are to report with their original credentials for documentation and admission,” the Air Force said, adding that failure to report by 6:00 pm on Monday, April 20, 2026, would result in automatic forfeiture of the offer.

The NAF further clarified that candidates would only be recognised as personnel of the Service upon successful completion of the training programme and subsequent commissioning as officers.

The Service advised all candidates to strictly adhere to the guidelines and timelines provided to avoid disqualification.
