Ganduje challenges Kwankwaso to publicly present his PhD certificate
The National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has openly called upon Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the former presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People Party (NNPP) to present his PhD certificate for verification.
Dr Ganduje disclosed this in a video clip recorded at a meeting with some of his loyalists and party supporters from the state at the APC secretariat in Abuja.
In the video clip shared on social media, Ganduje described Kwankwaso as “someone who is allegedly illiterate and incapable of comprehending the concept of a master plan.”
The former Kano governor said: “I am ready to produce my PhD certificate for everybody to see that I’m real, and by doing so, I’m challenging Kwankwaso to also come out with his PhD certificate to show that he is a Doctorate holder like me.
“Rabiu Kwankwaso lobbied to be the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory in President Bola Tinubu’s cabinet to change its master plan, but I asked if Kwankwaso knew what a master plan was.”
The APC chairman highlighted that Kwankwaso’s numerous attempts to secure a ministerial position under Tinubu’s cabinet demonstrated his eagerness for power.
However, instead of succumbing to his demands, President Tinubu calmly approached me and requested a suitable candidate for the role. Consequently, I recommended Dr. Mariyya Bunkure, a highly qualified individual with a PhD.
Ganduje accused Kwankwaso of supporting the demolition of buildings in Kano to portray himself as a minister who would revive the master plan of Abuja, not knowing that what he was doing was instead an alleged madness that was seriously hated by many, including the President.
