Akpabio in Imo for Gov Nzodinma’s inauguration

President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio arrived in Owerri, the Imo State capital for the second term inauguration of Governor Hope Uzodinma.
Akpabio joined President Bola Tinubu who had earlier taken part in a wreath-laying ceremony to mark the 2024 Armed Forces Remembrance Day in Abuja, landed in the state on Monday.

The leaders were received at the Sam Mbakwe Airport by Governor Uzodinma and a host of top government functionaries and leaders in the South-East States, including former Governor Rochas Okorocha, Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau Jubril, Deputy Speaker, Hon Benjamin Kalu among others to grace the occasion.
