Just in: Ekiti APC Chairman Omotosho is dead

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, Paul Omotosho, is dead.
Omotosho, who was in his office on Tuesday, had complained of feeling unwell and was rushed to a government hospital in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, where he died in the early hours of Wednesday, a party source familiar with the sad development told newsmen in Ekiti.
The late party chair was said to be active and participated in a series of political meetings early in the week.
Confirming his death, the Publicity Secretary of the party in Ekiti, Segun Dipe, said, “It is true that he is dead but I can’t confirm to you the cause of his death.”
