Wike demolishes multi-billion naira estate in Abuja

The Federal Capital Territory Authority on the order of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr. Nyesom Wike has demolished a multi- billion naira property being developed by an Anambra billionaire, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu and Brother, Linus.

The property located close to Asokoro one of the choicest areas in Abuja is said to be sitting on 215 hectares of land.

According to Chief Linus Ukachukwu, the demolition was done in bad faith without any order of revocation.

He stated that they have sunk billions of naira into the project and that the buildings were at lintel level before the demolition.

He called on President Tinubu to intervene in the matter and wondered why the minister went on to demolish the property against two court orders.
