Thousands of residents of Bwari Area Council in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, benefited from a free medical outreach organised alongside a two-day healing and deliverance crusade hosted by Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC).

The outreach, led by senior pastors Paul Enenche and Becky Enenche, formed part of the “Bwari Healing and Deliverance Crusade” themed “The God of Mercy”, held between May 7 and 8, 2026.

The programme attracted large crowds who gathered for what organisers described as a time of worship, prayer, healing, and spiritual restoration. Participants reported what was described as intense worship sessions, testimonies of healing, and deliverance experiences during the crusade.

Organisers said the atmosphere was marked by what they called “divine encounters,” with worship sessions accompanied by prayers for healing, restoration and spiritual renewal.

Beyond the spiritual activities, the ministry also conducted a large-scale medical outreach, providing healthcare services to residents of the area as part of its welfare intervention.

According to figures released by the organisers, 956 persons received medical attention and treatment during the outreach. In addition, 46 chest X-rays were conducted, six emergency cases were managed, while three patients were referred to hospitals for further treatment.

The dental section of the outreach recorded 374 patients, with five tooth extractions carried out and 306 cases of scaling and polishing completed.

The organisers also distributed relief materials, clothing and food items to beneficiaries as part of the humanitarian support accompanying the programme.

The clerics were quoted as emphasising that the outreach was not limited to spiritual engagement alone but extended to addressing the physical and social needs of participants.

Officials of the ministry said the crusade did not involve the collection of offerings, describing it as part of their standard approach to outreach programmes.

In addition to the Bwari event, the ministry also held similar crusades within the same week in Nicaragua, Central America, and Douala, Cameroon.

In Nicaragua, organisers said the event recorded what they described as “massive spiritual impact,” with testimonies of transformation and healing among participants.

The week-long series of programmes concluded in Douala, Cameroon, where large crowds also gathered for what was described as a powerful revival meeting marked by prayers, healing sessions and worship.

According to the ministry, the crusades across the different locations attracted full attendance at venues and were characterised by what they termed spiritual renewal and community impact.

Preparations are already underway for the 2026 Destiny Recovery Convention (DRC), scheduled to hold from May 26 to 31, 2026.
