Car is not an investment, I don’t own one – BBNaija’s Pere says

Pere of BBNaija recently made a provocative comment in which he stated his opinion that a car is not an investment.

He chastised people who squander their money on expensive cars, stressing that assets are businesses and real estate, not automobiles.

In the most recent “Spill With Phyna podcast” episode, Pere disclosed that he is an automobile owner.

He disclosed that he had to sell his Lexus LS570 in order to finance his film.

He declared:

“Car no be investment. A house is an asset, a business is an asset. Using all your savings to buy cars is unnecessary.

“Right now, I don’t own a car. I used to drive a brand new lexus LS570 but I sold it because I needed to put the money into my film. It’s an investment. At the end of the day, I made more than that from the film.”

He also revealed in the show that he was married in the US at the age of 25.

According to him, the reason his marriage failed was because his ex wife thought he was having an extramarital affair with a woman.
