APC Denies Report on 2027 Nomination Form Prices

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed as false a report circulating in parts of the media claiming that it has fixed prices for expression of interest and nomination forms for the 2027 general elections.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, described the report as misleading and without any basis.
He said the party had not taken any decision or made any announcement regarding the sale or pricing of nomination forms for the 2027 elections.
According to him, the purported price list being circulated did not originate from the APC and should be ignored.
“The report is fake and did not emanate from the party. No decision has been made on the sale or pricing of forms for the 2027 elections,” the statement said.
Morka urged party members, the media and the general public to disregard the report in its entirety, noting that it was the product of misinformation.
He added that the party would communicate officially when decisions are taken on matters relating to future elections.
