Tinubu Congratulates APC NPS Felix Morka on 60th Birthday

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the National Publicity Secretary (NPS) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Felix Morka, on his 60th birthday.
In a statement signed on Saturday, by the Special Adviser to the President (Information & Strategy), Bayo Onanuga, he described Morka as a committed party stalwart and strategic thinker.
The President also acknowledged Morka’s contribution to advancing the APC’s communication and publicity efforts.
“The President joins the leadership and members of the APC, as well as Morka’s family, friends, and associates, in celebrating the milestone birthday of a committed party stalwart and strategic thinker. President Tinubu acknowledges Mr. Morka’s crucial contribution to advancing the APC’s communication and publicity efforts and profoundly values his unwavering dedication,” Onanuga said.
Morka is a renowned human rights lawyer, urban development specialist, and founder of the Social and Economic Rights Action Center (SERAC).
His career also includes his role as a former legal director of the Civil Liberties Organisation (CLO). He is now the chairman-designate of the Board of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
The President also commended Morka for articulating and effectively communicating the party’s vision, policies, and achievements.
He noted that his intellectual acumen and steadfast commitment have significantly bolstered the APC’s public engagement.
“As Mr Morka prepares to embark on his additional role as Board Chairman of NTA, President Tinubu expresses confidence in his ability to provide the leadership necessary to transform the national broadcaster and usher in a new era of high-quality content across all its channels,” the statement further stated.
The President therefore prayed for God’s blessings upon Morka, his family and wished him many years of good health, wisdom, and exemplary service to the nation.
