“Keeping resting bro”: Ruggedman shares old video of Dagrin, celebrate his 14th death anniversary

Nigerian rapper Michael Ugochukwu Stephens, also known as Ruggedman, recently remembered his good friend and colleague, Oladapo Olaonipekun, alias Dagrin, who died in 2008.
DaGrin died in a horrific vehicle accident at the early days of his career.
Though he was rushed to the hospital he didn’t make it out alive.
Ruggedman expressed his feelings on Dagrin’s death in a video he shared.
He added that they were in Ikeja recording a song, ‘Emini’ while Dagrin was fooling around with the camera when he was filmed.
In the caption of his post, the rapper, who quit music to start making skits, stated that he was driving and weeping when he learned of Dagrin’s death.
He didn’t want to believe it as he prayed that it would turn out not to be true.
While concluding his short but emotional message about the late singer, he noted that people needed to live good lives and take care of themselves.
Rapper Ruggedman prayed that the soul of the departed continues to rest in peace.
